Valet Partners Program Terms

Welcome to the Valet Partners referral program, operated by Valet Auto Leasing (formerly All State Auto Leasing & Finance). These terms describe how the program works. By checking the agreement box, you confirm you have read and accept them.

1. Who can join. The Valet Partners program is open to U.S. residents age 18 and older. You join by signing up through this page and confirming your email address.

2. How you earn. You receive a personal referral link. When someone uses your link to lease a vehicle through Valet Auto Leasing and takes delivery of that vehicle, you earn a $150 Direct Referral commission. Thirty days after your referred customer's delivery, the commission becomes payable.

3. Second-tier earnings. After you have closed your first Direct Referral, you may recruit other partners into the program. For every deal a partner you recruited closes and delivers, you earn a $50 override commission. Overrides apply for 36 months from the date your recruited partner joined.

4. How you are paid. Commissions are paid in two forms. The first $575 you earn in any calendar year is paid in cash through our payout service (Tremendous). You choose your preferred cash method — ACH, Venmo, PayPal, prepaid Visa, or others. Earnings above $575 in a calendar year are converted to lease credit, which you may apply as a down-payment credit toward your next vehicle lease with Valet Auto Leasing. The $575 cash counter resets January 1 of each year.

5. Clawbacks. If your referred customer unwinds their lease within 30 days of delivery, the commission is reversed. If you have already been paid, that amount may be deducted from future commissions.

6. Attribution. Your referral link is tracked for 120 days from the referred customer's first click. If someone clicks a different partner's link after yours but before closing, the most recent clicked link receives the commission.

7. No self-referrals. You may not use your own link to refer yourself, your spouse, or anyone who already appears in our customer database. Attempted self-referrals are grounds for removal from the program.

8. Honest promotion. You agree to represent Valet Auto Leasing accurately, disclose that you are a referring partner when sharing your link, and comply with applicable FTC guidelines for endorsements. Do not make claims about Valet Auto Leasing or about pricing we have not authorized.

9. Termination. Either party may end this partner relationship at any time, with or without reason. If terminated for cause (fraud, self-referrals, false promotion), any unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Lease credit balances remain redeemable at a future lease.

10. Data use. We collect your name, email, phone, and referral activity for the purpose of running the program and paying you. We do not sell your information. You can request to delete your account by contacting team@valetautoleasing.com.

11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
